18 years of age High School Diploma or Equivalent Social Security Number Register and pass the Pre-licensing Course 1 (any modality is fine) Submit Application and Fingerprints to the state for a background check (We explain those 2 items in depth on the first day of class of our classes) Pass the FL State Exam for Real Estate

You may take as many times as you’d like within a 2 year period.

Once you pass your exam and select a brokerage. The Broker will activate your license for you to begin your career.
How long is my certificate of completion good for?

2 Years.
When can I take my 45 Hr. Post licensing course?

Technically as soon as you activate your license We recommend you take it shortly after activating your license so all the info is still fresh in your mind so you can breeze through it and don’t have to worry about later when your busy growing your career We offer a discount for students that are looking to take it soon after activating your license.
