• 18 years of age • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Social Security Number • Register and pass the Pre-licensing Course 1 (any modality is fine) • Submit Application and Fingerprints to the state for a background check (We explain those 2 items in depth on the first day of class of our classes) • Pass the FL State Exam for Real Estate

Every 2 years you will have to take a real estate educational course to renew your license

Real Estate is Commission based industry in which you earn proportionately to your effort, consistency, and results. So virtually limitless. Agents can vary from less than $20 thousand to over $100 thousand on their first year.

• Know how to prioritize to get most important tasks accomplished • Educate yourself on the current market conditions • Follow up with your customers and your systems • Evaluate how to do better the each and everyday • Know your scripts and objections like the back your hand

• Research online for brokerages in your area • Check with people you know that have bought and sold homes before • You can ask your instructor • Set up interviews

• Understand that it’s a numbers game • Must give effort and consistency • Control and master your schedule • Step out of your comfort zone • The beginning is the hardest part • Work smarter not harder

You may take as many times as you’d like within a 2 year period.

Once you pass your exam and select a brokerage. The Broker will activate your license for you to begin your career.

2 Years.

• Technically as soon as you activate your license • We recommend you take it shortly after activating your license so all the info is still fresh in your mind so you can breeze through it and don’t have to worry about later when your busy growing your career • We offer a discount for students that are looking to take it soon after activating your license.
