Social Security Number
Register and pass the Pre-licensing Course 1 (any modality is fine)
Submit Application and Fingerprints to the state for a background check (We explain those 2 items in depth on the first day of class of our classes)
Pass the FL State Exam for Real Estate

Every 2 years you will have to take a real estate educational course to renew your license
Real Estate is Commission based industry in which you earn proportionately to your effort, consistency, and results. So virtually limitless. Agents can vary from less than $20 thousand to over $100 thousand on their first year.

Once you pass your exam and select a brokerage. The Broker will activate your license for you to begin your career.

We recommend you take it shortly after activating your license so all the info is still fresh in your mind so you can breeze through it and don’t have to worry about later when your busy growing your career
